The founder

Diane Lavietes has 20+ years of experience recruiting transformative leaders for iconic consumer brands, specializing in fashion, beauty, and omni-channel retail. She helps companies scale and restructure by connecting them with top talent.

Her deep relationships with CEOs, C-suite leaders, and Board members form the foundation of her vast global network. Most recently, she was a Partner at True Search, leading Fashion and Retail. Previously, she led the Consumer Practice at a large global firm.

Diane began her career as marketing executive at The Walt Disney Company, American Express and Condé Nast.
